January Shows in Atlanta, #7: Rod Hamdallah and Marshall Ruffin at The Five Spot

Atlanta, Sat. 1/12:  Go see Rod Hamdallah and Marshall Ruffin at The Five Spot!  Rod and Marshall are two of my favorite local musicians and both are making a name for themselves in the Atlanta blues scene.  When they’re not busy touring the country with The Legendary Shack Shakers (Rod), The Dirt Daubers (Rod) and Flannel Church (Marshall), you might find one of them playing their own tunes at Darwin’s Bugers & Blues or Nik’s Place in Marietta, but rarely do they play on the same bill.  Add Freeport, FL’s The Owsley Brothers to the mix and you’ve got a can’t miss lineup of blues rock.

Rod Hamdallah covers Bukka White’s “Fixin’ to Die” at The Earl in Atlanta…

Tickets & Such:

  • $8 buy online
  • Doors: 8:30pm / Show: 9pm
